    Dawn Dove

    Dawn Dove, Narragansett / Niantic Elder. She is Mother to two daughters and grandmother to 10 grandchildren. Dawn is a published author and editor: Through Our Eyes, An Indigenous View of  Mashapaug Pond, edited by Dawn and Holly Ewald, Dawnland Voices an anthology of Indigenous writing from New England, edited by Siobhan Senier, and most recently co-editor of the Tomaquag Museum Edition of the Roger Williams Key into the Language of America. Dawn is a Cultural educator and Traditional knowledge keeper. Dawn’s life work is dedicated to the continuation of the culture, language and traditions of her people.
