Derek has more than 20 years of experience in technical roles specific to stormwater management including BMP monitoring, research and development, and regulatory affairs. He is past president of the Stormwater Equipment Manufacturers Association (SWEMA) and is active on numerous stormwater stakeholder committees and initiatives throughout the country. Mr. Berg holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy as well as an MBA from the University of Southern Maine.

With more than a decade of experience supporting daily operations, project coordination, compliance, logistics, sales, purchasing, and data management, Nathan brings practical expertise in helping clients, engineers, and municipalities implement effective stormwater solutions.
